Welcome back to our services after the Covid closure. We follow all regulations which means that only 25 people plus staff can be present, with face mask worn, spaced out and sanitizers used.
Please use Park Lane door as an entrance and the garden door as an exit.
We offer a simple meal afterwards in the coffee room, at most four people seated at one table.

It is with great regret that we have to inform you that we have taken the difficult decision to cancel Lucia this year. In the light of the recent increases in infection risk due to the new variant and the delta variant, we have had to review if we could continue safely. Given the layout of the church, the relatively poor ventilation and available space we have concluded that we would have to restrict numbers significantly to ensure a reasonably safe environment. Given this is one of our most popular events we have concluded that to limit numbers would impact on the very nature of the event itself.
We would like, for example, to look at some form of Easter concert and would very much hope that you and any children you have will get involved in that.
We also hope to have a bazaar event in the spring, in lieu of the cancelled Christmas one, there is a lot of merchandise that can be bought all the year round.
The LiNC committee wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
The church council has decided regretfully to cancel the service in the church. It is one of the highlights of the season and to Nordic people the hymns we sing are the start of the joyful holy days of Christmas.
We hope that you have an understanding as to why it was decided not to have it, since the Covid pandemic is increasing every day.
Our church room and coffee room are not suitable for a larger gathering of people.
INSTEAD we invite you to join the congregation in a Zoom meeting at 12.oo noon where there is a Christmas Eve service with readings and prayers, led by Pastor Maris Sants with participation of members in their homes.
Please contact him on marissants@gmail.com and he will add your address to the invitation email for the Zoom meeting.
We wish you a peaceful Christmas and hope that we meet in the new year. Our first service will be on
Sunday 9 January at 11.30
Stan and the church council
Please note that all physical church services at the Nordic have been cancelled for the time being due to the large increase in Covid cases around us.
We are sure you understand that it has not been an easy decision, especially as the Julgransplundring has been a highlight of the season for many children and parents. We hope that church services can take place again as soon as possible.
This Sunday’s Communion Service will take place by Zoom instead, please contact pastor Maris on marissants@gmail.com for an invitation email.

We follow all regulations and it has been decided that up to 25 people plus staff can be present in the coffee room, with face mask worn, keeping distance and sanitizers used. We ask that face masks are worn all the time unless you sit down to eat and drink — all done for everyone’s benefit.
We offer a simple meal afterwards in the coffee room, at most four people seated at one table.

We ask you to sanitise your hands as you come in and it is your choice to wear face masks and/or register contact details. All so that our friends feel comfortable visiting us.
